Prepositions of time tell us when something happens.

समय के संबंधसूचक अव्यय बताते हैं कि कुछ कब होता है।

AT	Specific time / clock time विशिष्ट समय	at 5 o'clock, at noon, at midnight
ON	Days and dates दिन और तारीख	on Monday, on 15th August, on my birthday
IN	Months, years, seasons, centuries महीने, साल, मौसम	in January, in 2025, in summer, in the morning
SINCE	Starting point (with present perfect) शुरुआती बिंदु	since 2020, since Monday, since morning
FOR	Duration / period of time अवधि	for 2 hours, for 3 years, for a long time
BY	Not later than / deadline समय सीमा	by 5 PM, by tomorrow, by next week
UNTIL/TILL	Up to a certain time किसी निश्चित समय तक	until 6 PM, till tomorrow
DURING	Throughout a period एक अवधि के दौरान	during the summer, during the meeting
AFTER	Later than के बाद	after lunch, after 5 PM
BEFORE	Earlier than से पहले	before noon, before the meeting

The class starts at 9 AM.
कक्षा सुबह 9 बजे शुरू होती है।

I was born on 15th August.
मेरा जन्म 15 अगस्त को हुआ था।

She came in 2020.
वह 2020 में आई थी।

I have been here since morning.
मैं सुबह से यहाँ हूँ।
